Sumartin is a village and bay on the southeast coast of island Brac. There is located harbor for ferries (direction Makarska), tourist and fishers ships and the monastery’s museum.
The coast residency was established in year 1747 by the deserters from Makarska Riviera. In the monastery from year 1747 is interesting archive, museum and the large collection of books. The church of St. Nikol from 10th century is at near hill, where are celebrate Mass.
